Wow this year has really flown by and with the holidays upon us the craziness has begun. It will be non-stop from here on out but that is part of what makes this time of year fun...I think!
Sorry I kind of took the past week off from blogging it was not a planned vacation but Leon actually got some time off from work (That NEVER happens!) and we just enjoyed the week. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families! My son Toby and I even hit the stores ALL day on Black Friday and got some great deals and put a good dent in our Christmas shopping. I also have had a few crafty projects to keep me busy last week. The first I am going to share is one I am doing for my sister Jessica.
Jessica will be graduating from Barry University with her Masters in Social Work on Saturday December 13! She has been working REALLY hard and I mean REALLY hard! She did her masters in a six month express course ~ talk about pressure!
I stamped Diplomabella with Stazon Jet Black Ink and colored her with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol. I printed Barry University out on the computer in American Typerwriter Font. All layers were cut out with Nestabilities Dies. The ovals are up on foam tape for a little extra dimension. The school colors are red, black, and sliver just in case you couldn't guess. :)
